Coaching isn’t just for executives anymore.

We decode performance issues and save companies thousands by avoiding expensive terminations.

From an organizational perspective, coaching is both a development tool and a smart investment:

  • 70% of employees who receive coaching report improved work performance (ICF Global Coaching Study).
  • Companies that offer coaching often see a 5–7× return on investment through increased productivity and reduced turnover (Manchester/MetrixGlobal).
  • Leadership coaching has been shown to increase engagement and retention by 30% or more, particularly among employees who feel their company is investing in their growth (Gallup/Harvard Business Review).
  • Replacing an employee can cost 1.5–2× their annual salary, making coaching a far more cost-effective way to strengthen performance and retention (Gallup/Harvard Business Review).

An employee just shared with you they've been diagnosed with ADHD. Now what?

ADHD coaching is a highly effective, evidence-based approach that helps adults with ADHD turn insight into action.

  • Unlike traditional therapy, which often focuses on the “why,” coaching focuses on the “how.”
  • Through structured support, accountability, and skill-building, clients learn to strengthen executive functioning; skills like organization, planning, time management, and follow-through.
  • Research shows that coaching improves focus, confidence, and overall well-being by helping individuals design systems that work with their brain, not against it.

Here are a few ways coaching is implemented in organizations:

Growth and Development

For individuals who want to invest in their own potential.

You’re ready to grow. Not because you’re struggling, but because you’re striving. Growth & Development Coaching helps you deepen self-awareness, strengthen executive functioning skills, and refine how you show up at work and in life. Together, we’ll identify what drives your performance, remove friction that slows you down, and build the systems and mindsets that sustain your success over time.

Reasonable Accommodation

For individuals seeking support to thrive in their role.

When focus, organization, or communication challenges begin to interfere with your success at work, coaching can serve as a reasonable accommodation. This track provides targeted support to help you manage ADHD- or neurodivergence-related barriers, build confidence, and regain momentum. The goal is simple: equip you with personalized tools and strategies so you can perform at your best—consistently and authentically.

Performance Management

For individuals navigating performance concerns or disciplinary action.

If your performance has come under review, you don’t have to face it alone. Performance Coaching helps you understand what’s getting in the way, rebuild trust, and create actionable steps to turn things around. Through a combination of awareness, accountability, and tailored executive function support, you’ll learn how to meet expectations in a sustainable way—and rediscover confidence in your ability to succeed.

What People are Saying About their coaching experience

Gina put me at ease from our very first coaching call. I felt comfortable being my quirky self, and because of that, I came away from our coaching calls with meaningful insights that I could act on right away. These aren't ADHD hacks from Instagram - these are insights that Gina and I developed together and that are tailored to the way my brain works. She asks terrific questions, helps me to reframe my thinking when I need it and provides guidance in a way that builds on the connections I was making for myself.

I always feel great at the end of our calls, like I'm ready to take on the world. I love your enthusiasm and passion for coaching!

Gina, I am so grateful our paths crossed. Your one-on-one coaching sessions helped me transform my life, as I now understand how my ADHD mind works and what a gift it is if I embrace my superpowers. Now I can help educate others about ADHD, which I now do on a daily basis, as well as share the impact that MAGNIFY had on my life.

Gina, you are wonderful and I appreciate what you’re doing. There is such a need for resources geared toward ND women. Your one-on-one coaching could not have intersected more perfectly with our most recent life transition, it was high time to start dropping the disempowering labels and owning the traits I tried to camouflage. Thank you for kickstarting this process.

There are so many aspects of the coaching process that have been helpful to me. It changed my life for the better in so many ways. I have so much more self-compassion and give myself grace now that I understand how my neurodivergent mind works. It takes so much less energy to be myself now. I give myself grace now that I understand why I have an inadequate working memory and concentrate on creating visual pictures when I need to remember information. I have less stress and anxiety in my life, and far more self confidence than I have ever had. My internal dialogue is so much kinder, and I take pride in the fact that my neurodivergent mind is capable of so many extraordinary things.

I definitely didn’t expect how helpful this was on a personal level, not just professional. The insights and goals I got from these sessions have been useful in so many aspects of my life. Identifying my strengths and my core struggles have definitely helped me feel more confident in what I am capable of, and how to manage what I don’t know.

Understanding my neurodivergent mind helped me conquer the shame, guilt and unworthiness that I had carried around with me for years. It gave me the courage to set strong boundaries with family members who would project their own shame, guilt and unworthiness on me for many, many years. I had the confidence to speak up for myself and my own mental health. I often think about the day when Gina said about my family members, "I think there's some mental health issues there."  Understanding my tendency to have big emotions also helped me understand why I was carrying around some childish reactions to unresolved situations that happened with my younger sibling many years ago. Once I understood why I was reacting the way I was, I could give myself grace, heal the wounds from my childhood and no longer have the childish reactions.  My time management is much better now that I understand why I would procrastinate, and how I can easily have time blindness.  I also understand why experiential learning was such an important part of my college experience and share that with my students. I am passionate about what I did because I had the chance to learn my doing it -- not just studying about it.
