Gina Brown
Gina Brown, founder of MAGNIFY Innovation and Leadership, is a devotee and specialist of leadership, innovation and neurodiversity, with a record of success in delivering innovative business solutions. Throughout her career she has experienced the impact of leaders on innovation, engagement, and the overall employee experience. She has a passion for reframing leadership at its core and helping companies and leaders reevaluate their leadership value. She created her company, MAGNIFY Innovation & Leadership, to focus on serving people who want to increase their capabilities in innovation, leadership, understanding & leveraging neurodiversity, and overall engagement.
Gina earned her undergraduate degrees in psychology and art from Wartburg College and her M.S. in Leadership Development from Drake University. The greatest classroom of all has been the 25+ years of experience and people she has met along the way. She is a certified coach and a certified Narrative Big 5 Professional. She lives in Ankeny, Iowa with her husband, three boys, and fluffy puppy named Mabel.
Angie Hibbard Buffington
A native of Iowa, Dr. Buffington holds a PhD in clinical psychology (with neuropsychology and health psychology emphases) from Duke University. After her intern year at the VA Medical Center in Durham, NC, she completed a clinical fellowship in neuropsychology at Johns Hopkins University Medical Center. Her 20-year career has afforded her the privilege of maintaining a thriving clinical neuropsychology practice, teaching neurosciences and behavioral health to medical students and resident physicians, and serving in multiple executive leadership roles in academic medicine.
Most of all, she loves spending time with her four amazing kids. They love to travel, explore, and find new adventures. Dr. Buffington lives with her family on their 16 acres near Saint Peter in Minnesota.
Jayna Niblock
Jayna Niblock grew up across the state of Iowa and holds a PhD in Educational Leadership from Drake University and an Occupational Therapy Doctorate from Creighton University, where she also completed a residency in pediatrics. Her work has been focused on building on the unique strengths of the children and adults she has worked with, as well as trying to create more inclusive communities through advocacy, training, and education. Jayna’s advanced training in sensory processing abilities, as well as extensive experience supporting individuals with sensory challenges across the lifespan allows for a unique way of looking at the work environment. She has held a variety of volunteer positions with local, state, and national organizations to advocate for changes in our communities. Joining Magnify Innovation is another way to create more inclusive environments for neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals to thrive. By allowing all employees to be their full selves at work, some of the most complex problems can be addressed with new ideas and processes.
Jayna completed her undergraduate degrees in biology and Spanish from Simpson College. She lives near the metro with her husband and kids, where she enjoys catching sporting events and engaging in new adventures.
Carlos Rojas
Carlos Rojas is a business transformation enabler who helps organizations shape the conditions that make them more adaptive, creative, and prolific when solving for modern business challenges.
A builder at his core, Carlos sees potential in everything and loves to reimagine all aspects of an organization. He is known for his expertise in crafting a compelling business strategy that not only broadens the reach and profitability of current offerings but also paves the way for future growth. His knack for identifying market growth opportunities stems from his keen understanding of emerging technologies, behaviors, and techniques. This knowledge allows him to differentiate offerings and capabilities, positioning companies for both immediate and long-term success.
Carlos earned his undergraduate degrees in industrial engineering and marketing from Universidad Privada Boliviana. He further honed his business acumen by pursuing an M.B.A. from the University of Florida. Carlos is a devoted family man who cherishes time spent with his wife and two daughters. He has a zest for life and a penchant for adventure, whether exploring a new city or braving a thrilling roller coaster ride.
